Welcome to the GP Hub Help page We have compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions / common problems here. The video is taking a long time to start Some of the screencasts are very large files as they have high resolution video and audio. Depending on the speed of your connection, it may take several minutes before the video starts. I cannot see any video at all You need to have Flash / Shockwave software installed to be able to see most of the videos on this site. If your computer does not already have this software (most do), then may need to download and install the software to be able to see the videos. The site should automatically direct you to a link to do this. If you are accessing the site from a hospital computer, you may not have the necessary permissions to install new software - in this case, contact the hospital IT help desk for help with installing the software. I cannot hear any sound You need to check that the volume level on your computer is turned up, and that any speakers are connected and turned on. If you are having any other problems with any section, please email us. Please include a brief summary of the problem, and leave your contact details and we will be happy to offer advice. |
